I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) providing services virtually with Oakwell at this time. I currently offer services to adolescents and adults looking for individual, couples, and family support for issues that include emotion dysregulation, traumatic life experiences, grief, and relationship conflict.

About Mary
My educational background delves into a few areas; I have an Honours Bachelor of Arts with majors in Psychology and Sociology, along with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. I’ve been registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) since 2020, and since then, have worked with many populations in individual, couples, family, and group settings. Since working in the field, I’ve completed training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), hospice and palliative care, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
All this training aside…. my goal is to get to know you as a unique individual, meet you where you’re at, and figure out how we can help you thrive in the environment you’re in, even if it is tough.
Outside of work, I enjoy working on my family farm, spending time with my pets, watching hockey, and reading the latest thriller novel.
